ProCoach is an online nutritional coaching curriculum. It is a 50 week commitment. During this time you will learn one positive habit every two weeks. Daily tasks are assigned to you, which contain reasons for the specific habit. These reasons are scientifically and experientially based. Also, included is the motivational juice within these daily tasks to ensure you ‘stay the course’. You can be confident that it is a ‘tried and true’ curriculum.
You need to dedicate at least 10 minutes each day to the task. Obviously, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Some lessons will take longer than others. Remember that you owe it to yourself to get as much out of this experience as possible.
Taking measurements and photos is the best way to gauge results. One of the initial lessons will take you through the process. Once a month thereafter, you will be prompted to upload your new measurements to the online dashboard. Even if you don’t want to share your photos, I recommend that you take them regardless. You can then choose to store them on your own computer for your reference. Just be sure to date them each time.
Furthermore, as you check of your daily tasks and fortnightly habit, I will be notified. Additionally, I will also be privy to any comment you make. I will be there with you every step of your journey. You can also ask me questions directly through the dashboard.
In short, no we do not give you a meal plan. Our experience confirms that meal plans are only a temporary course of action at best. We want to teach you how to have a healthy relationship with food that will last you a lifetime.
Yes there is an optional exercise program for you should you require it. Moreover, we can optimise it to suit your specific needs. Also, there is an option to workout at home should you not belong to a gym. Another benefit is the ability to customise it to suit your busy schedule.
