True Grit is Better with Three Sessions
A mantra that can be heard spoken often in our True Grit classes is “consistency trumps intensity”. This is the case particularly when it comes to strengthening connective tissue. Connective tissue is what holds our bones together and adheres our muscles to our bones enabling us to move within our environment. Developing strength through a greater ‘range of movement’ (ROM) can be practiced on a daily basis. You really want to commit to 3 days of True Grit per week for optimum results.
