Well where do I start… having been a hard core soccer player back in my late 20’s to my mid 30’s, and managed to ‘kill’ my knee’s and tighten my achilles. I also like to play a good game of Tennis, which is tough on the body too.
I can honestly say that ‘giving back’ to my body, and treating it with a bit of respect that it so needed, has been life changing. This is what True Grit is all about. Kev is friggen awesome. A genuine bloke, with a huge amount of knowledge, and a heart to match.
I highly recommend these classes for anybody of any age, shape, or form, who is wanting a healthier, stronger and a better functioning body. Mine is.
